Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring all training data is accurate and up to date
  • Collecting and analysing training data to set benchmarks, measure effectiveness, and identifying trends to support decision-making.
  • Reviewing and updating training materials and resources regularly and recommending improvements.
  • Coordinating with line managers to manage training needs in line with organisational requirements.
  • Designing, developing, and managing high-quality L&D content within the LMS.
  • Conducting training needs analysis and executing learning and development activities
  • Preparing regular L&D reports and analytics on training completion and progress.
  • Supporting on-site new employee onboarding activities.

Desired Skills and Experience

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Learning and Development, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development/Human Resource Development related field.
  • Prior experience in designing, developing, and delivering training materials, including managing Learning Management Systems.
  • Ability to prepare both routine and analytical reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development best practice and methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting training need analysis, program design and evaluation.
  • Previous experience using an LMS system (ELMO is highly regarded).
