Job Description
Provide technical support for our power distribution, industrial automation, motors and motor controlling solutions.
Analyse product data to help with forecasting, planning, and performance tracking.
Maintain accurate technical specs and product data in ERP, PIM, and CRM systems.
Create datasheets, installation guides, and technical content for engineers and customers.
Investigate product returns and quality issues to improve customer satisfaction.
Help structure our product catalogue for easy online navigation.
Work with sales and suppliers to resolve customer technical queries.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
2 to 3 years of experience in an engineering role.
Experience with product management is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP, SharePoint, Power BI, Teams is a plus.
Willingness to work Australian business hours.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
