Job Description
Organize and maintain project folder structures and documentation
Schedule meetings and take minutes
Create and maintain project schedules
Run reports and format data to provide clients with updates on the progress of their projects
Support the team with day-to-day tasks as required
Desired Skills and Experience
Diploma in Engineering (Preferred: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a project support role
Good problem-solving skills and a desire to know how things work
A self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment and is comfortable talking with internal teams
High level of written and verbal communication skills
