Job Description

  • Process sales orders and returns with speed and accuracy.
  • Handle customer inquiries and prepare tailored quotations.
  • Coordinate with Australian teams to provide order updates and ETAs.
  • Deliver professional, helpful, and timely customer support.
  • Share product and service knowledge with clients.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in BPO/Customer Service/Operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in line with Australian hours & calendar: Working hours: 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM 
  • This is a work from office role based in Nawala
  • Knowledge of electrical or industrial products (a plus, not required)
