Job Description
Design and estimate electrical panel boards in accordance with applicable Australian standards.
Select appropriate low-voltage switchgear and accessories for main switchboards, MCC panels, and distribution boards.
Conduct detailed discrimination (selectivity) studies to verify coordination between protective devices.
Prepare design verification reports and perform temperature rise calculations in accordance with AS/NZS 61439 standards
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Operational knowledge of CAD software.
Fluent in English to communicate with Australian counterparts.
Willing to work according to the Australian calendar
