Job Description
Provide technical support and training for our Low Voltage and Automation solutions.
Analyse product data to help with forecasting, planning, and performance tracking.
Maintain accurate technical specs and product data in ERP, PIM, and CRM systems.
Create datasheets, installation guides, and technical content for engineers and customers.
Investigate product returns and quality issues to improve customer satisfaction.
Help structure our product catalogue for easy online navigation.
Work with sales and suppliers to resolve customer technical queries.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience with Low Voltage electrical systems, power quality, energy management, or UPS products.
Experience with motors, motor controllers , industrial automation products is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP,
SharePoint, Power BI, Teams is a plus.
Willingness to work Australian business hours.
