Job Description

Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a reliable and high attention to detail Inventory Store Person to join our warehouse team at Wetherill Park. This full-time role is focused on maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

About the role:

You will ensure stock integrity, assisting with inventory control, and supporting efficient stock movements throughout the warehouse. 

  • Assisting with inventory control by ensuring stock integrity, pick space management, accurate inventory levels, product measurements, and stock adjustments.
  • Supporting inward and outward teams to enable efficient stock movements.
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
  • Assisting the team in picking, packing, and putting away to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, scales, trolleys, wave pickers, etc.) safely and correctly.
  • Supporting the achievement of warehouse KPIs and SLAs.
  • Adhering to IPD procedures and WHSE standards in the workplace.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you:

  • Physically fit for regular manual handling tasks
  • Preferably with experience in high-volume picking and packing 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Previous experience with Pronto the MS suite
