Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and is based at our Wetherill Park office.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for handling the full cycle of customer orders and inquiries including order processing, handling returns and providing daily customer support.
The position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to delivering excellent service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Processing real-time sales orders, credit notes, RMAs, on-consignments, and EDI orders.
Maintaining accurate RMA Pronto data and following up on outstanding cases.
Handling daily sales inquiries, including pricing and availability promptly.
Managing back orders and coordinating with product and logistics teams for timely fulfillment.
Providing customer support through inbound and outbound calls.
Assisting Key External Sales Representative with order processing, stock availability, and credit issues.
Ensuring all work is performed safely and within Quality Assurance guidelines.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
Strong understanding of phone-based customer service practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed customer service phone KPIs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent time management, planning and organisational abilities
