Job Description

Due to continued growth in our team we have an opportunity for a dynamic marketing professional to join our team. We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to shape and lead the marketing direction across our subsidiary brands: CMI Electrical, Addelec, and EX Engineering.

This role is to ensure our subsidiary businesses receive focused, high-quality marketing support that fuels brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. You will work closely with business leaders and the broader marketing team to craft and deliver campaigns.

Reporting to the General Manager for Marketing, this role will be based in our Lidcombe office. 

About the role:

  • Developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies for each subsidiary brand, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and maintaining consistent brand positioning across all channels
  • Supporting business leaders by defining, refining, and communicating each brand’s unique value proposition to enhance market presence and customer understanding
  • Planning and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns—including digital, social media, email, events, and sponsorships—to drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Creating and managing high-quality marketing content and sales collateral, while collaborating with creative and digital teams to ensure timely and effective delivery
  • Engaging and aligning with internal stakeholders such as GMs, sales leads, and product teams to identify marketing needs, set priorities, and track campaign success
  • Tracking and analysing campaign results, customer engagement, and brand performance metrics, ensuring activities contribute to lead generation, sales enablement, and broader business goals
  • Managing and mentoring, while actively collaborating with Group Marketing’s shared services (Creative, Digital Experience, Product Data) and contributing to Group-wide initiatives

Desired Skills and Experience

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Experience in the industrial, electrical, or manufacturing sectors preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with digital channels, events, and content creation
  • Comfortable working independently while part of a broader team structure
