Are you ready to electrify your career? We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead our Surge and Lightning Protection, Fuses and PV offer, combining technical expertise with strategic vision to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll play a key role in supporting sales, delivering technical training, and engaging with customers as a trusted expert.
Reporting to the Business Manager – Power Distribution & Management, this can be based in either our Wetherill Park, NSW and Noble Park, Victoria office locations offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact nationally.
About the role:
You will own the end-to-end management of the product portfolio, ensuring it remains competitive, innovative, and commercially successful.
- Driving market growth by developing deep knowledge of Surge & Lightning Protection, Fuses, and PV products, including competitors and trends
- Delivering high-quality service and maintaining technical expertise across product applications and lifecycle management
- Leading product strategy and innovation, including introducing new products and optimizing portfolio performance, pricing, and profitability
- Building and managing strong supplier partnerships, ensuring effective supply, pricing, and resolution of product or quality issues
- Supporting sales success through tender assistance, technical training, and creation of sales enablement tools
- Ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across all product-related processes
- Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and professionalism in all work activities
About You:
- Electrical Engineering qualification, Trade Electrician certification, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing channel-focused strategies, particularly in Surge and Lightning Protection, Fuses and PV.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Working knowledge of digital platforms, including CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel and drive results across diverse markets.
