About the role:
Drive pipeline growth and expand market share by managing key channel partnerships and stakeholder relationships, with a strong focus on advancing IPD’s 1000V solutions across the region.
- Executing sales plans and driving results through regular customer engagement
- Building strong Building and Infrastructure market knowledge and relationships across consultants, manufacturers, and contractors
- Maintaining product expertise to effectively position IPD solutions
- Managing CRM activities, sales reporting, and quotations accurately
- Providing market insights and representing IPD professionally across the region
- Collaborating with internal teams and product specialists to maximise opportunities
- Managing pricing, contracts, and customer agreements in line with company guidelines
- Participating in team meetings and ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards
About you:
- Qualifications in Electrical trade, engineering discipline or relevant industry experience.
- Previous experience in sales and business development is highly desirable, preferably within low-voltage products.
- Strong understanding of contract and tendering processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- Demonstrated competency in managing KPIs, margins, and sales performance.
- Strong time management and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
