Job Description

Are you a commercially minded professional with a passion for electrical products and product lifecycle management? We are looking for a Project Manager – ACB, MCCB, 1000V & TFSW to lead and grow a key product portfolio while driving strategic initiatives across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact product group, working closely with sales, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver growth, innovation, and market success.

Reporting to the Business Manager – Power Distribution & Management, this role is based in Wetherill Park office offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact nationally.

About the role:

You will own the end-to-end management of the product portfolio, ensuring it remains competitive, innovative, and commercially successful. 

  • Understanding the national market for ACB, MCCB, 1000V & TFSW products including key competitors. 
  • Managing the full product lifecycle, including product launches, pricing, inventory, and promotions
  • Developing and implementing targeted business and marketing plans to drive growth. 
  • Delivering technical training programs for sales teams and customers. 
  • Assisting the sales team with tender preparation and submissions. 
  • Collaborating with suppliers to resolve product and quality issues. 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and key customers
  • Working closely with marketing, sales, and internal stakeholders to drive product awareness and growth 
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities 
  • Assisting the sales team with tender preparation and submissions. 
  • Collaborating with suppliers to resolve product and quality issues. 
  • Ensuring compliance with all Quality Management System processes related to products and development. 
  • Performing all work in a safe and professional manner. 
     

Desired Skills and Experience

About You:

  • Qualification as an Electrical Engineer, Qualified Trade Electrician, or equivalent industry experience 
  • Experience in a Product Management role is preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing channel-focused strategies, particularly in nominated Product Group (ACB, MCCB, 1000V & TFSW)
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. 
  • Working knowledge of digital platforms, including CRM and ERP systems. 
  • Excellent time management and planning skills. 
  • Willingness to travel and drive results across diverse markets.
