We’re looking for someone with real switchboard experience who understand the industry and takes pride in doing things properly.
This role is focused on supporting and growing our Elsteel Techno modular switchboard system across NSW. You’ll be the go-to person, a trusted advisor that customers rely on for practical knowledge, guidance, and support.

About the role:
You’ll work closely with switchboard builders and internal teams to support projects, promote Elsteel Techno solutions, and help customers achieve the best possible outcomes using a proven modular system.
- Supporting the NSW team by helping grow opportunities across the modular switchboard space
- Working directly with customers to understand their needs and provide practical, technical solutions
- Keeping track of projects and market activity to identify opportunities
- Providing product knowledge, training, and technical support to customers and internal teams
- Using CRM to manage activities, reporting, and pipeline
About You:
- Proven Switchboard systems experience (essential)
- Strong understanding of electrical standards (AS3000, AS61439)
- Solid technical knowledge
- Straightforward, reliable, and easy to deal with
