Due to an internal promotion within our team, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a reliable, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join us on a full-time basis.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and based at our Wetherill Park office, this role plays an important part in ensuring we continue to deliver the high level of service our customers expect.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will help ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our customers and an integral part of our daily operations. You will support the end-to-end customer order process, assist with inquiries, and work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Processing real-time sales orders, credit notes, RMAs, on-consignments, and EDI orders
- Maintaining accurate RMA Pronto data and following up on outstanding cases
- Handling daily sales inquiries, including pricing and availability promptly
- Managing back orders and coordinating with product and logistics teams for timely fulfillment
- Providing customer support through inbound and outbound calls
- Assisting Key External Sales Representative with order processing, stock availability, and credit issues
- Ensuring all work is performed safely and within Quality Assurance guidelines
About You:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
- Strong understanding of phone-based customer service practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed customer service phone KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational abilities
