Job Description

In this role, you’ll support the warehouse operations by staying organise and responsive, playing a key part in optimising customer delivery outcomes and improving overall warehouse efficiency.

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Administration Support, you’ll play a central role in coordinating, communicating, and supporting warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure deliveries run on time and exceed expectations.

  • Managing warehouse communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring fast and effective responses to critical enquiries
  • Coordinating dispatch activities to ensure DB orders are being dispatched on required dates
  • Coordinating site-specific deliveries, ensuring all delivery requirements and constraints are being met
  • Managing and coordinating painting job deliveries by liaising with painters and the production team
  • Facilitating and managing daily requests through the CRM system
  • Taking full ownership of delegated tasks, ensuring they are being completed accurately and on time
  • Assisting with maximising warehouse and production efficiencies through proactive support
  • Supporting incoming goods, maintaining stock accuracy, and coordinating the dispatch of drives.
  • Performing other reasonable duties as required to support warehouse and operational needs

Desired Skills and Experience

About You:

  • A current valid forklift licence.
  • Strong working knowledge of Pronto ERP system.
  • High-level computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Good knowledge of IPD products
  • Sound understanding of warehouse and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency, both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to be hands on when required
