We are looking for an energetic and detail-focused Production Administration Coordinator to support our Minto Production team. This role plays an important part in ensuring work orders, materials, stock movements, dispatch paperwork, invoicing, and production administration are completed accurately and on time.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, inventory, or ERP-based administration role who enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment.
About the Role:
As Production Administration Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and system support to the production team, sales team, warehouse, and dispatch functions. You will help ensure jobs are created, materials are issued, finished goods are processed, and customer orders are dispatched and invoiced correctly.
This role would suit someone who is comfortable working with production schedules, work orders, stock movements, internal paperwork, and ERP systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Raising work orders in Syspro for Minto products and issuing associated materials to the workshop.
- Kitting jobs in Syspro for Minto products and manufactured cable assemblies.
- Booking raw materials into Syspro for Minto products and manufactured cables.
- Releasing picking slips in Syspro for sales orders ready for dispatch.
- Processing invoices for Minto products and manufactured cable shipments.
- Processing stock discrepancy forms, stock transfer forms, and stock adjustment forms.
- Entering daily production timesheets accurately and on time.
- Communicating with the sales team regarding estimated completion dates and availability of finished goods.
- Supporting production, warehouse, and dispatch teams with job-related administration.
- Assisting with stock accuracy, documentation control, and general manufacturing administration.
- Helping identify process improvements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and communication across the production process.
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a production coordination, manufacturing administration, inventory administration, warehouse administration, planning support, or similar role.
- Experience using ERP or MRP systems. Syspro experience would be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when entering data.
- Good understanding of work orders, stock movements, picking slips, job kitting, dispatch, or invoicing processes.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills and the confidence to follow up with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to work closely with production and warehouse teams.
