We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting directly to the Queensland State Sales Manager, this role will be based at our office in Brendale.
About the role:
In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales and supporting our customers by providing exceptional service and tailored product solutions.
- Engaging with customers over the phone to promote products and services, meet sales targets and customer needs.
- Preparing accurate and timely quotes for customers, ensuring all details are clear and meet their requirements.
- Proactively following up on quotes provided to customers to encourage decision-making and address any questions or concerns.
- Delivering exceptional service in every customer interaction, ensuring a positive experience that fosters loyalty.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support.
- Efficiently processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet customer demands.
About you:
- Previous experience in customer service within a wholesale or retail environment
- Experience in the electrical industry is an advantage, but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to grow and succeed in the role
- A collaborative team player
